LESSON 3: Unhealthy Behaviors That We Can Stop



In this lesson, we explore the 2nd layer of your automatic patterns which is the Behavior Layer. Here we find that there are three basic behaviors that nearly every pattern follows:

1) Self Sabotage & Self Abandonment

2) Complaint & Defense

3) Projection & Prejudice 

Notice for a particular pattern which of these 3 behaviors is your most common reaction to being under stress. Share with us which behavior pattern is the one you most often see yourself doing in relation to the pattern you are looking to rewrite? What are the things you tell yourself to explain to yourself why you do these behaviors?

Find out which behavior is deepest in the shadow and is least likely for you to recognize when you are doing it
