LESSON DESCRIPTION

In this lesson, Step Four, we walk you through an exercise designed to create open generous listening. We recommend you try this first with someone who isn't your partner. In steps three you practiced how to find your partner presently perfect, but equally important is to learn how to receive your partner's communication openly and generously regardless of how they deliver their message to you.

Here you will designate a Partner A and Partner B standing 3 feet apart and you will each get to practice hearing a triggering phrase but this time listening first with your ears, then with your eyes, body, heart, and spirit.

Stepping towards and away from your partner at each step to designate whether you are feeling more connected to them or less.

Both you and they will get physical somatic feedback as you narrow or widen the distance between you. Share with us your experience of holding your partner as presently perfect in this conversation.
