STEP 5: See Your Partner's Perfection

RESOURCES

LESSON DESCRIPTION

Now you are ready to begin actually resolving your conflict using the Perfect Vision process in Step Five - Present Perfection with your partner.

In this lesson, you will use the materials and practices you've had so far to prepare and speak directly to your partner, seeing them as perfect.

It's ok if you don't get it right on the first try. Use the prompts we provide and the notes you've taken from steps 1-4 to guide you.

If you want to watch this lesson several times before trying it yourself, that's fine. Remember, though, that the change that you can benefit the most from is the change you make in real time with your partner, talking about real issues.

Share below in the comments how you did holding their present perfection.
