Breakthrough #8: Focusing On Happiness Doesn't Make You Happy

RESOURCES

LESSON DESCRIPTION

Ordinarily, we evaluate our relationship (and our partner) by asking ourselves “Am I happy?” If the answer is “Yes!”, then the relationship is working. If the answer is “No”, then you look for the problem with the relationship that is causing your unhappiness. If the answer is “No” too often, then the relationship is probably not working out.

In this lesson, we'll look at the 8th breakthrough and ask a very different question of ourselves that can lead us to a more extraordinary love.

Explore how asking this question can not only create more happiness but more longevity and fulfillment over time.

Share in the comments one way your relationship has made you more extraordinary in a way that you likely would not have become on your own?
